W : Excuse me. Could you tell me who Mr. Robinson is?

M : That's right. He is holding a glass of wine.

W : Excuse me.  

     I'm taking the three o'clock train. when will it arrive?

M : It's on time. It's five minutes to three.

    So it will be here in about five minutes.

W : I'm going to New York.

M : Are you visiting your parents?

W : No, I am attending a conference there.

W : About three months.

M : So, you're looking for a summer job.

      Are you interested in working full time?

W : Yes, I am

M : And where do you go to school?

W : George Washington University.

M : Oh, yes. I see that on your application.

     When will you graduate?

W : Next June. I only have one more year.

M : Do you have any special skills or interests?

W : Well, I can use a computer, and I know how to speak French.

     And in my free time, I like to read.

W : It's freezing in here! What's wrong with the heater anyway?

M : The heater hasn't been working since this morning.

      I've got an idea. Why don't we go out?

W : Out? In this weather? It's snowing!

M : I mean, let's go somewhere warm. A movie, for instance,

     I think Gone with the wind is playing at the theater down the street.

W : You know I don't like old movies!

M : Come on. It'll be nice and warm in the theater. Let's see. It's a quarter after five       now. I'll call the theater and find out.

W : I work in an office now, but I really don't like it. I'm bored with sitting at my desk       all day.

M : You mean you're tired of typing and filing and answering the phone all day.

W : That's right, I can do those things, but I don't like doing the same thing every day.       I like having responsibility, and I enjoy traveling.

M : Then, why would you like to work in the fashion business?

W : Well, I've always loved clothes. Also, I have a background in fashion, and I'm        good at planning events such as fashion shows.

W : Good evening. Here in what the weather will be like in our area tomorrow. In        Philadelphia, it will be very windy in the morning. To the north, Stamford,        Connecticut will nave a beautiful, sunny day, with blue skies and no clouds. By        the afternoon it will rain in New York City. It will be very  foggy in Atlantic City.        Drivers, Be very careful.

W: Friday at 2:30.

M : And would you ask her to call me this afternoon ? My number is 323-9165.

M : He's my brother.

M : He's twenty-five years old.

W : what's he like? I bet he's very funny, too. He can also speak Japanese and        Spanish. But he is married with two kids.

M : People make this kind of clock from glass. It is wide at the top and bottom, but       narrow in the middle. They put some sand in one part. The sand runs from the top       to the bottom of the glass. when it has finished people turn the glass over and       the sand begins to run down again.

¨ç W : I'm going to pass this car in front of us. It's going too slow.

    M : But there is a road sign. It says you aren't allowed to pass here.

¨è W : I need my car to go back to my home. when will my car be ready?

    M : It won't take long. It'll be ready at least by three in the afternoon.

¨é W : You say you can drive very well. How long have you been driving?

    M : For four year. I have driven my own car during my college years.

¨ê W : I parked here for just a few minutes. Please let me go without a ticket.

(The telephone rings.)

M : Good evening, Could I speak to the manager, please?

W : Well, I'm the manager. Could I ask what it's about?

M : Last night the music from your club went on until morning.

W : I'm really sorry that it bothered you.

M : According to the law, the club should close at 12.

W : It usually closes at 12, but not last night.

      And tonight it's going to stay open until 4.           

M : So it's going to be just the same tonight?

W : that's right, sir.

M : Then I'll have to call the police.

W : Paul's neighbors are having a party, All the people in his neighborhood have        come to the garden of the house next to his. The weather is perfect and the food        is good.  And the people who came are very nice and Paul has spent a good        time. But he has to leave earlier because he is scheduled to go to another        country on business. His plane will leave in one hour. He is about to start for the        airport, but a neighbor stops him and starts to talk about the weather. In this        situation, what would Paul say to his neighbor?

Paul : I'm sorry, But I have to go.
