One evening Kerry dropped by a local bar and played a game of darts. He won the game and got a small toy stethoscopes as a joke prize. After while, kerry started playing with the toy.   I started experiencing culture shock shortly after I arrived in the United States. In my country, when young people speak to an elder, they have to be very polite. They have to use different ways of addressing people based on age. If a young person refers to an older person with the wrong term, the older person will get upset. However, English does not have different ways to address people, and this made me crazy when I first arrived in this country. For example, the word ¡°you¡±sounded so              when I talked with my teacher.

  Since I came to the United States, I have enjoyed watching American comedy series on TV. At first, I didn't understand the differences between them. I only realized that some of these shows were boring while others weren't. I started to wonder what made these shows different. I soon found you that the main difference is the               of the comedies.
