  I have met many people who are virtually unwilling to change, even when their current efforts aren't working. Those people are frightened of change. Sometimes, they even argue for their limitations by saying things like; "I've always been that way." or "I'm just not that kind of person."If something isn't working for you, however, such statements, aren't really helpful. It's critical to remember that there are countless cases where an unwillingness to change has interfered with chances for success throughout our history.

3. ´ÙÀ½ ±ÛÀÇ ¿äÁö·Î °¡Àå ÀûÀýÇÑ °ÍÀº? 

  Several years ago, I had the realization that one of my own greatest assets was my willingness to help others. Hundreds of times, I've returned calls to complete strangers, or written a response to one of their questions. With friends and family, my willingness to help is even greater. Whenever possible, I'm there to help. I realized that helping others, offering assistance, doing favors, and feeling needed is a deep and important human need. It feels wonderful to be needed and helping others brings real happiness.

4. ´ÙÀ½ ±ÛÀÇ ¿äÁö·Î °¡Àå ÀûÀýÇÑ °ÍÀº?

  I know a person who was working as salesperson. Her goal was to double her income. But her fear was like this: "I can't call people on the weekends because I might offend them or take away time from their family. "So, for years, she didn't make the calls and she always fell far short of her goals. Then on day she decided to simply drop her fear and picked up the phone. Because more of her clients were at home and tended to be more relaxed on the weekends, she discovered that it was the best time to call. Once she dropped her fear, it was easy. Her income didn't double, it tripled.
